Below Sea Level Reptiles
Nimue Finally laid her eggs! She Had 8 eggs 6 appear to be good and 2 look Sluggy.

I do have a couple of concerns that hopefully you guys can put to rest for me. When I found them they werent attached to each other yet and one of the eggs rolled. I candled to see if I can upright it again but didn't see any veins or air pockets. So I uprighted to what LOOKED like it should be. It is the one in the middle top. You can see alil discoloration that I saw up top before it rolled. Also the eggs are bumpy? the slugs were super smooth though.

What is going on? lol

I don't think rolling is an issue with eggs for a day or two after laying, more so when the developing embryo has attached to the egg wall that you don't want to change the orientation.
They look good to me, except for the 2 slugs. Interesting combo, would love to see photos of the parents- I am a big terrazzo fan.

I can't wait for these to hatch, what a great project! My F1 het Christmas hatchlings are distinctly brighter than non-Christmas hatchlings, here's hoping you get similar results :cool:
 
Looks like 1 of the eggs may not make it. It is starting to get discolored and is getting alil deformed :(

okay yeah so i think i have 1 egg that has died so im down to 5 :( hopefully i get atleast 1 male and 1 female.
