They look like a type of Water Dragon to me, and are from the Philippines. The male really has the blue coloration and the offspring males were just starting to show a little. He made his debut at last years show, with the promise that they would be back this year with some babies for sale, so I kept an eye out...

Eastern Hognose, there were quite a few there even though the Western Morphs are much more popular.
