You could take off those suction cups and buy new (better) ones , and stick them on the plants. (With super glue, or something like that). Then just simply stick them where you wish.

Umm, only do that if you have another (empty and suitable) vivarium the snake can live in while the glue dries, fixes and stops stinking. I'm always paranoid about fumes, of any sort :/
Cannot help with your original question though. My boy loved his fake plants but he grew way too big extremely quickly and they just weren't worth keeping then. He no longer has a pretty viv, but he's happy burrowing

I take those bare brown vines in a medium width and wrap a six-foot bendy leafy vine around it, and then scrunch the whole thing up to make it lay along the back and sides of the viv, in a serpentine shape. The brown vine makes it strong enough for a larger baby/yearling to still be able to climb.
