It's Jager time!
Hi folks! The WIR now has a home! Made possible by Brent’s wonderful idea to have a corn snake raffle to raise funds for the personal forum. Thank you to everyone who contributed, and congratulations to Jay and PJ for winning the raffle!

This WIR is from Monday the 14th of May to Monday the 21st of May. (I screwed up the title dates)

New additions to growing collections this week!

FrizzleFry picked up an awesome lavender.

The ghost house picked up a bunch of new babies.

I aquired the most stunning little hypo pewter!

Mike acquired a bunch of normals, including big red!

Pshhh, people… your lacking in the additions. Have you guys been taking your addiction pills?! Traitors to the cause!!!!!!!!!!

This weeks corn porn!
Exciting/cutting edge cultivars on the horizon and some classic pairings.

There were no pairings posted this week. But we are seeing lots of shiney new eggs and even pippies! I think its pippie season!!!

rockymonkey got his first pippies of the season

I am looking for people to help contribute. Ie thread picks, member of the month nominations and anything else you guys think would work well in the WIR. Please send all suggestions to me via PM.

If YOU would like to be member of the month please answer these questions via PM to myself. (first 5 questions are from the amazing Nanci! - always full of ideas)

How did you get started in cornsnakes?
How many snakes do you own?
Which is your favorite snake and why?
Do you have a breeding project or goal?
What is your dream snake?
What can you contribute to the cs.com comuunity?
Why do you contribute ($$$) to cs.com? (if indeed you do, if not, why not)

You know what, I spend hours and hours and hours reading cs.com, and you still find things i've missed!! Thank you so much for your hard work!

Really? What had you missed this week?
Believe it or not, I missed a number of things. Cornsnake-farmer.de's anery stripe and Liam's (SevierSerpents) amber laying just to name a couple...

Yet another fine thread filled with things I missed!
I know we're in different time zones, but a whole month? :sidestep:

I'd like to know why it's your fav? Feedback is always good.

Well, the morph picks were absolutely amazing this week and I think there were more of them. But I still love it all!

LOL oh dear. My computer calender says April. No wonder I am having angry phone calls about missed meetings and overdrafts LOL

I actually think Dave would be an excellent MOTM! So young, yet so knowledgeable. He already has his first clutch incubating! REally, the list of interesting people is endless. We'll never run out. Maybe one oldie and one newbie a month??

Aww, thank you so much Nanci. I posted in other thread that I wouldn't sign up for it but I am easily persuaded. :grin01:

Go on Dave, I have had a few submissions already. Some great answers, so keep them coming!

Once I have enough submissions (10) Ill make a post with their answers and a poll for people to pick a MOTM! Sound good?

Sounds great! I don't have time right this second because I am watching 24. LOL. Ill see if I can answer the questions soon though.

I don't think you really need to poll us. Just make a decision- I trust your disgression. You'll get around to everyone in time!

Nanci

Lol, Elle. Ill answer them soon. And I do trust her decision but maybe she would feel better if she wasn't the only one making the decision. I know I would.

You may trust my disgression, but many other people may not. Who am I to decide who the member of the month should be?!

I just don't want to upset anyone by making a wrong choice in their opinion. Collective opinion is unquestionable.

NO BIRTHDAY THREADS?! Jee folks. That’s not nice :p
But Dave said happy birthday to me in another thread! (shameless plug for belated happy b-days :spinner: ) I found: 5/16 was Suncoast Herps and Josh (Joker) on the 14th but I don't remember if you included that last time and I'm too lazy to go look right now. Just thought I'd help out a bit.
