Thanks, but I've only had her a week :grin01:ButtersCorns4life said:mddorfer, the third pic, is kind of interesting, it looks like she has hips... If i were you I would cut down on the food intake for her until that clears up. I'm not sure if it can hurt her. I would think that its like a human being overweight.
(That can hurt you in the long run)
ps. you could also take her out of her cage and hold her more often, so she has more activity, but if you already do that then cut down on the size of the mouse a little. (How often do you feed her and what is the size??)
hope that help a little, Butters

She does indeed have "hips" and no they won't go away.

Any chance this girl came from Erin Williams? I have a multi-het 06 female from "Wrigley" x "Big Red".mbdorfer said:Wanted to post a few pics anyway. Sorry I couldn't weigh her, my scale only goes to 500 grams. Big Red
I haven't been able to take a measurement yet. If I had to guess, I would say close to 4'. The tank she's in is 30" long.Savvy19 said:She's a beauty! Do you know how long she is?

:dancer: "I love the flower girl......" :dancer:Susan said:She's a beautiful example of a Florida wild-type corn Mike! Don't worry about those hips. I had a hippy girl (including flowers in her hair) and she never had any trouble breeding or laying eggs.
Thanks David. Nice to see you around here again. :cheers:CrazyCorn said:Always good to see a nice large example of the wild style corn, nice girl.
