I hate the "guess the morph" game as much as anyone, and I really hate to ask....but I just got this guy from PJ. He looks almost exactly like a boy I had that was stolen by Betsy. If you had to take a stab in the dark..what would your guess be as to his morph. I don't think he is a normal.....

I had a ton of trouble trying to resize this. His belly is very heavily checkered as well.

The reason I ask is because Gus was a sunkissed, one of Kathy's original sunkisseds, and this boy looks so much like him I can't believe it. Plus he has the squarish saddles, with the same saddle and background color that Gus had, and the heavily checkered belly like sks have.

Whatever he is, I am head over heels for him.

It got cut off when I resized the picture. But PJ posted a ton of pics of him in my timeline on the devil. Lots of pics of his whole body, head and belly.

Besides the checkering what does his belly look like? Looks closer to sk or het sk than rf from the top views. But a good belly shot and a head shot would help with both.

Here is the best I can do with no photo editing thingy....for his belly. PJ posted a ton of shots to my timeline in fb though, and once I get him we will do a proper photoshoot!

The pics on facebook, some do show more red. So I guess test breeding to solve it would be the way to go.

You are the rf expert imo. I don't have an amel female but if he and Minneola don't produce sk babies maybe I can get my hands on an amel girl and you can tell me what to look for in their kids. Thank you so much for weighing in on this one!

We don't know if he has any hets. PJ took him in with a few others when a collection was sold and his records got lost. She has had him a few years, and offered him to me after Betsy stole Gus, because he looks so much like him.

And another thing Intrigue and Gus have in common is how the thin black borders on the saddles look like black rings since the saddle and background color is almost exactly the same, with some saddles being just a bit lighter right in the middle of the saddle.
