Hey I recently purchased this little beauty from pet land and was told he was a blood but I am not sure was wondering what you thought

That certainly looks like a bloodred to me! It has no belly checkers and that definitive bloodred head pattern. Nice pick up!

Yep, seems to be a cute little Bloodred. What a great catch! He/she will get more and more red with every shed and eventually the bald grey head will turn red too.

Wow, a Bloodred from Petland?! As in Petland Discounts?! That's pretty special. I've only seen amels there. I'm impressed that they even knew it was a bloodred.

:-offtopic The Petlands I've been to have had staff that are so utterly lacking in basic knowledge that it is incredible. I went to one yesterday to buy crickets for my beardie and I saw a sinaloan milk and a corn huddled up in a corner in the same enclosure! They had a texas rat snake labled as a yellow rat and their cali king was not even labled because they didn't know what it was. I called them out on all these mistakes in a friendly way and the manager said she would look in to it. I'm going to ask about that next week.
