I doubt that i would PAY for a mean snake, but depending on the circumstances I may be willing to adopt one. I don't mind having the challenge of "special needs" critters, but i'm not about to pay regular prices for one on top of the cost of whatever special care they need.

Also: I agree that it's the responsible thing to do in disclosing the temperament of an animal before selling to a potential buyer. No matter how tired I am of dealing with a temperamental critter and just want to see it leave, I don't want to see someone get hurt by the animal or get fed up with it and abandon it or hurt it. It's better off in my care until I can find a suitable home for it.
 
Right now, since I would only keep them as pets... I would'nt consider buying a mean snake. But if I was breeding, I would buy the snake because of the genes even though it was mean. I mean, would work on the snake...try and make it more sociable. But, as for now I would like a nice, docile snake.
