YEARLINGS

Just wondering how big YOUR yearlings are? I know they all grow at different rates, that's why I am asking as I find it fascinating how differently they all grow and mature. Post pics if you'd like :D

i have yearlings here or better ´08s that are on the small side and about 30-50 gramm to some big guys that are way over 250gramm now. all of our ´09 animals are about 10-20 gramm

It really is astounding how different each corn is.

My year-and-a-halfer is about 135 grams now. My true yearling, Dier, (she was probably born in december of 08) is 71 grams and officially off the "baby" feeding schedule and will now be getting weekly meals with the rest of the larger guys. She's also getting her first hopper next feed.

My 07s range from 90 grams to almost 300. And I have mid 09 that is already 35 grams.

My largest '08 is Vanessa, a hypo motley het caramel bloodred stripe from Vinny Ritchie and she weighed in at 204 grams last weekend. The smallest '08 is my hypo het lavender Sunkissed female I picked up at Daytona in August and she's 28 grams as of last weekend. These photos are a couple of months old as I've been concentrating on getting the adults in brumation and current photos of them. I can update the younger snakes over the winter when I have more time.

My '08s range from 45 to 122 grams... Two of them are siblings: "Hansel" at 122 grams and "Greta" at 65 grams. I'm pretty sure Hansel would be MUCH bigger, but I took him to an adult schedule somewhere between fuzzies and hoppers because I was afraid he'd get fat. Lol!

As for '09s, mine are all around 20 grams now. I don't think there's much variation there--maybe ~5 grams from largest to smallest. I reeaaally need to weigh them again! =)
