Cleveland May/June Trip

ArpeggioAngel

Around Here Somewhere....
Finally getting around to editing some of the photos from my trip to Cleveland.
Going to start with some shots from our little mini-gtg at Whipps Ledges. Myself, Josh, Hallie and Darcy. We didn't find any snakes, but we did find some toads and one little frog. Was a lot of fun, but also reminded me after all that hiking - that I am not 20 something anymore!!

Little frog that Hallie caught. See it on her shoulder in the 2nd pic?

Also went to the Akron Zoo with my friend and her kids while I was in town. I lived in Cleveland most of my life but had never been to this zoo. It was much smaller than the Cleveland Zoo, but really cute, clean and nice. Some of my best shots from the day:

I still have a few pics from my other camera and my son's graduation to finish editing and post as well - but hope you enjoy these for the time being!

Wow those are some incredible pics! Looks like a fun trip.
Thanks! It was a good trip - really enjoyed it!

Beautiful shots, I love jellyfish! :dancer:

They had an amazing exhibit full of them! I was really worried how my camera would do in there as it was really dark and was quite pleasantly surprised that they came out so well!

A*M*A*Z*I*N*G!!!
Thank you!

You take such good people pics!
Thanks Nanci! I try extra hard on people photos since it isn't my "speciality"!

I like the yawning tiger. (post #3 pic 4)
Just lucky - I saw him from where I was standing photographing the snarling tiger. He is the same one in the B/W shot as well.

Hahahaha! That last shot of Josh is GREAT! Nice pictures of us, Katie.

Fantastic animal photos! I love those jellyfish shots...they are some of my favorite critters, as long as they aren't in the water with me (well, I could handle being in the water with some of them, but those look scary).

I bet it was more fun than stupid Hawaii! Or was it racing? Either way...we win! ;)

We do win! ::mumbling under my breath:: Silly Trent, being in Hawaii, not hanging out with the cool people....
