The Fish with the Transparent... head?

I once had this Glass catfish..I think it was called..you could see right through the things body.....but I didnt have hime very long..I Honestly dont know what happened to him..
He was kinda small so either one of my big GoldFish ate him....or...he got sucked in by the filter..he was so transparent that I couldnt tell...

I had a secretary with somewhat of a vaguely similar problem. She wasn't the brightest student in class, but she was easy on the eyes. Kept having these inexplicable headaches.
So we sent her to the doctor. They examined her head,....did x-rays,....cat scans,....the works,....but couldn't find a thing.
