It's Jager time!
I came home to the stench of rotting flesh tonight. These must have been born between Friday and today, as I last checked on her Friday night. I'm guessing Friday as they were stiff as a board and decomposing.
I can only assume at least 4 were stillborns. And one perhaps lived enough to get out of it's egg sac, but died shortly afterwards.
I have cried bucket loads over these wee souls. They are perfectly formed, beautifully coloured and patterned and big relative to the species. This is also a big litter for carinata, the worlds smallest boa. RIP babies, you just were not meant to make it.
