Alien Lover
Just one pic tonight. This is Jasmine's favorite place. In fact, nearly all of my snakes that have these paper towel tubes love them!!

What a lovely snake! It's funny, after reading so much about the wonders of paper towel tubes on this forum I decided Cornwallis should have one too. We gave him one, and....took it out about a week later because he never showed the least bit of interest in it. Weirdo :)

BEAUTIFUL snake! I have a TP roll in my tank, and Fuzzy has crawled through it once or twice, but still prefers his coconut over anything else.

I tried having a paper towel roll in my tank but Charles didn't really pay attention to it and my roomates said it looked funny compared to all the other "wilderness" decorations I have lol. Then again it seems like he has a new "favorite spot" each week, I think he may have ADD like his owner....

Pretty!

I gave up on putting a paper towel roll in Flash's viv, he just wasn't using it at all anymore, it just kept getting pushed around. I had him out one day and he crawled into a full tissue box so guess what... he now has a full tissue box in his viv and he hasn't left it since! LOL. Apparently he LOVES that tissue box.

She's only a two year old? It seems like so long ago! Looks like she is starting to really color up! Another year or two and she'll be real nice. :)

My bf said my TP tube looked stupid too.. but it's Aly's favorite hiding place so it stays. :nyah:

I got her right around my birthday/Thanksgiving two years ago. Up till then i had been VERY slowly adding new snakes. I had Maizey, Choco, Addy, Inez, Zee, Lila and Big Jake. It took me two years to get seven snakes. Then I saw this girl for sale and I HAD TO HAVE HER. Because of her lineage. And then I had Fill Up The Box Syndrome and missed out on the most beautiful butter mot I have ever seen, even till now, but was lucky enough to get Miss Cherry and Jasper. Wow, the adventures just those three snakes have put me through in two years...(Lost and Found Jasper, Cherry with her slug-laying extravaganza last summer...)

It was the purchase of those three LBR snakes that necessitated the purchase of my first rack, and once you buy a rack, the floodgates open. Even though I had JUST bought these three, Rich Z announced his first half price sale and I could FINALLY afford a lavblood!!! Up till then they had been $800!! Then in January I bought Bacon from VMS and
Joe Pierce had a sale so that was three more and then I swore I'd never get another snake and I have more than doubled the collection since then! It's a slippery slope, that's for sure.

I agree- they do look stupid! I didn't put them in till this year. EVERY single snake that has one, loves it. You should see 465 gram Ruby pack herself into one!! Wait...
