Lilac - '10 Pewter Progression

Jessicat

All Pied Everything
I was surprised this girl doesn't have a progression thread yet!

She is from John (Zorro). He picked her out for me, and I couldn't be more thrilled with her. Also, she carries the legacy of one of his amazing Pewter females, may she rest in peace.

My male Pewter, Oak, is quite dark, so my only instruction to John was to chose a lighter girl for me. I was merely interested in seeing the difference between the two extremes.

It's like giving prints you've made away.. always give the best to someone because that print will reflect you..
Translated: I couldn't have chosen her better myself.

Thank you John, for this precious beauty. I hope she lives up to your wonderful sweet Pewter girl.

And now, here are some fresh shed pictures!! She actually shed the same day as Lyra, my Ghost Blood girl from John. I thought that was pretty neat, but didn't get around to posting these until now.

I just snapped a few pictures of her in her tub.

She's looking great!

I love her subtle hues of purple and blue. She's just amazing, I am loving having her in my collection. Thank you a million times for this lovely girl, John!! I am so lucky to have you as a friend.

Anyway, sappy stuff over. Hope you like Lilac just as much as I do!

haha, an Alien, eh? She'll match my laptop then.. ;)

I'm very excited to see how she progresses as well. Here is a picture of her beautiful mother, taken by John. Outa this world beautiful!

John said he lost her this last summer with this clutch. :(

Also, thank you! This is the snake I was referring to when I said I think we have Pewter siblings. ;)

She is so beautiful, and my girl Grey Lady is her sister!!
Is your girl sweet because mine is a hateling. Eats like a piggy though!

Is Lilac possibly het or for sure het Lavender? My girl is only possibly het.

That's so sad to hear about Lilac's mother. :( Poor John!

EDIT:

Just saw the first post that said PH Lavender.... so I think we do have sisters!! :D

John told me he bred her (the mother) to a Hypo Lavender because he thought that she was het for Hypo. In a happy surprise he found out she was actually het for Lavender!

Thanks for the compliments, guys! This girl now has a full belly.

Very pretty Jessica and I love the name! (I don't think Willamette or whatever it was would have suited her as well ;) ) I was looking at Oak's progression thread a little while back and he's coming along nicely too! :)

lol! Yea, I don't think I will ever name a snake Willamette... :smash:

Grabbed a few shots of this girl even though she is still in blue. Hopefully once she sheds there will be a big difference!

Last little set. The lighting in this area was really bringing out some pinkish purple hues amongst the silver.
