Anery Upper Keys

Susan

Go Ahead, Make My Day!
Since it got deleted due to Rich having to remove a corrupted file, I get to post Purnima's photos once more. I lost her future mate to "one of those things", but can pair her with either my caramel Upper Keys or cinder male in the future. She'll probably be ready to breed for the 2012 season.

Bloody brilliant snakes susan cant wait to see
their hatchlings!

She's a beauty, Susan!! I kept meaning to look at her the first time- this time I made time!!! Does she really have those sort of plum undertones, or is that just the lighting?

Very Nice! I have two of these and they are lovely snakes! Think one of them may even be a ghost upperkeys!

And mine do seem to have a very nice colouring under belly!

Sorry to hear about the other one you had!

She's lovely! Are the pinky tones I see in the outdoor shots present, or is it just my monitor?

Like typical silvery morphs, she tends to reflect a little of the color of her background, plus the camera can change the color a bit, but I try to correct that. She does have a flesh-color pink undertone, but that is mostly because she is so light for an anery. She doesn't have to peachy pinks like many of my other anerys have, but I can see just a hint of the plum color Nanci is seeing, although it isn't nearly as much as Umeko, my '08 anery stripe shows.

Darn! That did turn out nice looking!

The Upper Keys corns, at least the nicer varieties, are very underrated for use with some projects. Wish I had followed through on my Lavender Upper Keys project I had been working on.
