Long answer: They are a special selectively bred line of REALLY red & diffused bloodreds. Most breeders have a handful of breeder corns, Don (SMR) has a whole building full of adult breeders- He has many bloodreds (many holdbacks from the best fo the best over multiple generations)- you can only imagine the quality...he has a handful of intense Red Red Red animals that's being referred to as Cayenne's.
Short answer: High quality selectively bred bloodreds

I have several snakes from the SMR Cayenne Line. (Fires and Ultramel bloodreds, to be precise.)
From John and from Don. Some of my favorite snakes. Seriously.

I assume "Cayenne" is just the line name, so a Cayenne Fire would be an Amel Bloodred...maybe?

But I understand what Trent is asking, and John will have to answer it. If there is such a thing as a (simple) Cayenne Line bloodred.
It is my understanding that a fire (amel bloodred) is bred to ideally be dorsally patternless, no black, no white, and maximally red, or at least more nearly red than the traditional/conventional brownish-oranges.
And the Cayenne Line is a line (small "L"), if I remember correctly, striving to accomplish a red, patternless snake, which "amel" would certainly facilitate.
Have you ever looked at the color of cayenne pepper?
