I need a room! I think Autumn and I are rooming together? Autumn, which type of room do you think will work? Doesnt each room come with a sleeper sofa? Anyway, I can reserve it, I dont mind :)

I'm pretty sure I will be needing one room with King size bed for three nights but need to pin things down to make sure.
 
We have 4 rooms booked so far. And I still need to touch base with Angela and Nanci to get their info for their rooms.
 
Just another bump for anyone thinking about coming to Daytona that might still need a hotel room or info.

I have also started an additional thread requesting donations for our raffle.
 
do you know if you can book rooms at this rate right up til the date, or if you need a certain amount of advance purchase? i probably won't know if i can go until more or less last minute, and don't know if i should go ahead and book a room and cancel again if need be.

Normally our cut off date is August 1st. But you can still cancel up until the day before without penalty. So if you would like to book and then cancel if need be - that is not a problem. Just let me know!
