Sanford Florida. About 45 minutes from Daytons and usually pretty darn cheap.

I've been really bust lately so I hope I'm not asking a real, duh question, but what is the plan for the eats?
 
I am waiting for Carol to let me know what/when we have something available for the big "advance purchase dinner pricing raffle".
 
I can always donate a gift certificate for a raffle prize if I can't decide on actual snakes by the time dinner options are discussed and decided on. So I am good to go anytime, I just need to know how much to collect per person and what dinner will be.

hey Katie i will b staying at the hotel this yr but i wont know if its gonna be one night or two until this weekend. Ill pm u them.....but im in there, like swimwear!!! lol
 
Anyone know what the reservation ID is to get this room rate? I tried calling the hotel directly but the lady didn't find our group. I PM'd Katie the other day, but I know she's busy!
 
I'm soooo jealous!! I wanted to go SOOOO badly this year, and I've never been before! Unfortunately, the need to save money for my books upon returning to school is keeping me from driving 5+ hours to Daytona. :( Fingers crossed for next year, then!!
 
everything is in place for me except hotel bcuz someone never emailed me back :( maybe ill just sleep in my car lol
 
I'll text her for you, Carly. Katie is working a ton of OT and doesn't have time to even think. All she does is drive back and forth to work, over 100 miles a day, work, and sleep, and then do it over.
