Hi all. I've had a really great experience on this forum. Love it! I joined another forum (on another topic) and didn't like it as much. I guess forums really are made by the people that join them. Anyway, I was wondering what other forums you all belong to that you enjoy? I'm not talking about forums that would compete with this site, but forums about different subjects (e.g., motorcycles, rabbits, cooking, travel, etc.)

Ehh. That's about it. Check out the Hip Forums; it's LOTS of various stuff.
 
lets see lol I'm on about 10 forums this being my fav. there all reptile/dog/videogame/knife related
 
Other than this one, which is my favorite, I belong to "the other" cornsnake site, and ratsrule (which I joined in 2003, and met ratsncorns there and didn't know who she was here until she identified herself, lovely person!)
And there are a few others that I joined awhile back and never visit....
Oh yeah and I used to belong to ks.com until I was permabanned.....

Well, a total dislike of hybrids coupled with a few very strong screwdrivers when you rarely drink, and a computer can lead to huge trouble!! :)
 
As Beth said, I am also on ratsrule (goosemoose.com), and Florida Rat forum. I am on ks.com (not permabanned yet, haha) as well. And I am also on the other cornsnake forum. Thats it. But this is where I spend the most time :)

Well, I wasnt banned. What happened was I hadnt drank in quite a while, drank ALOT of Rum and then got on and played World Of Warcraft (dont play any more) and ended up having a 30 minute long conversation with a guy who I thought was my brother. The next day I sent him a message apologyzing and explained what happened and he just responded by saying that was some of the funniest stuff he had seen on there in a long time. So I didnt get the same kind of responce you did. Just when you said that it reminded me of that night.
 
I'm on a few forums for cornsnakes, geckos, frogs, birds, piano, and other random stuff....I don't frequent them too often though, and this is probably one of the best forums I've been on.
 
Good golly. We are on so many different forums that I can't even count them all. Several (somewhere between 6 and a dozen) snake-related forums, an equal number of parrot forums, dogster.com, a forum for feral dog owners, some Steampunk forums, some geocaching forums, 2 or 3 Jeep forums, etc. My husband is also a member on forums related to his career (he's a Level IV Unix SysAdmin/Engineer), but they're technical and I don't understand them, so I never visit.
 
I'm a member of the "other" site, KS.com (can't tell you the last time I went there, though!), Fauna, SigForum (guns), TiPb (iphone), beardeddragon.org, pitbullforum, a bunch of other herp forums I rarely visit. This is the only site I put any significant time into.

2. Tradgang.com ....this is a forum for bowhunters who use traditional bows (recurves, longbows and self bows). Very cool, people are great and very respectful, like on this site.
3. Sherdog.com ....this is a forum for fans of MMA (cagefighting). This forum is a free-for-all definitely. Lot's of trash talk and flaming. Fun forum just the same. Supposedly you can be kicked off....but I don't know what you'd have to do to earn that LOL.

This site and Tradgang are definitely great forums. People are treated with respect. I personally know quite a few members on the Tradgang forum and they are great people, truly quality human beings. While I don't personally know anyone on this site, I've formed the same opinions about a lot of the members here.

This was the first forum I joined and the one I'm most active on. The other ones I like are the garter snake forum, thamnophis,com and the gecko forum on Pangea, these 3 all have fairly uniformly awesome members. The gecko one is sometimes less helpful than here with husbandry help, but that has more to do with the newness of Rhacs in collections than the members wanting to be unhelpful. Then Fauna, but I pretty much just lurk on there.

I do poke my nose in at Fauna, that "other" place, and KS every so often to take a quick look, but this is home.
 
Well I am on Fauna and it has proved helpful and another corn snake forum but really this place is full of good people and good topics.:D

The only forum I am currently a regular visitor (besides this one now, altho I rarely post) is a parrot forum.

IrishEyes - If you don't mind me asking, which parrot forums are you a member of?

I will say, that after lurking here for a week I found this forum to be very inviting. All the posts I was reading everyone was so nice and informative! It's really the main reason I decided to become an active member even though I don't have any corns. :)

Im a member of a ford ranger forum, but havnt been on it in a while, it wouldnt be TheRangerStation would it?

I am also a member of a gun and hunting forum, other then that This and that one are about the only ones im a regular on.
