Going Nuts!!!

hey everyone i'm new to the forum and was staring to worry as i've had my 1st 2 clutches this year and they are on day 63 and was getting worried lol, but after reading this i'm a little more relaxed hehe! God the waiting is killing me

The thing is, of the two that were out one looks like its an anery and the other looks normal or like a dark hypo, I'm not sure yet because I really just had time to peak in before heading off to work this morning. Matthew, dude I'm thoroughly confused on whats going on here and I don't know if its Bandit or Boo but this is going to be a fun one to see through to the end... :headbang:

:dgrin: Gotta love genetics!! I'm guessing that if there's an anery then Bandit is definitely het anery. And maybe once others begin to crawl out it will be easier to tell what's going on. Can we expect some pics soon?

There are the two loves of my life! How's it goin girls? Thanks for the comments, and I'll try and have some more pics up tonight when I get home from work. This day couldn't be going any slower and I'm about to go to my 2 hour long state poli sci course so I think time will finally stand still. Hopefully I'll have more hatchlings to photograph when I get home. I'll have some up here and probably a whole bunch more over at rr.com (easier to post em up there with this gallery creator I found).

Ha ha - we miss you too Payton!
I am living vicariously through everyone else's hatchlings right now. I only ended up with two clutches this year and hopefully (fingers crossed) the first one should start hatching in about 10days (give or take).

Awww I miss you toooo Payton! I am in the same boat as Katie, although I got NO clutches this year, it totally sucked monkey balls.

I tell ya what. I have been going nuts for the past two weeks, its nice to have it finally here and happening but I'm freaking out now more than ever :crazy01:

Its good to hear from both of ya'll :-offtopic I hope you both have been doing a lot of photography lately? (Hopefully A LOT more than me unfortunately :( )

Hey guys! So HERE are some pictures of the newborns. They're not great but you at least get a visual of some of the babies. This is so freakin cool! I'm still not sure whats going on genetically just because I don't really know/remember what hypos look llike as fresh hatchlings, but I think that I have some aners in there and if thats the case then ONE of the snakes is definitely not Hypo A. I'll definitely be asking for different opinions, but I'll probably wait to post more pics after they shed. All of the babies were between 7-8g too. Enjoy and thanks for all the interest/support everyone! :D

Congrats on the healthy clutch. Yup, definitely anerys and definitely not hypos. Its looking more and more like Boo is an ultramel anery, unless things are really crazy and Bandit is a different form of hypo!

I'm at the same place you are Matthew. I don't know if maybe Bandit is Lava or if Boo it ultramel. Guess we'll just have to keep a few of those anerys around and see here in a couple of years ;)
