Kokopelli
Resident Boa Fanatic
Hey all,
I know that you're all gonna jump and say YES to the dillema I am about to share but I hope to get at least some seconds of thought out consideration before hearing it
This year I have already bought 5 new Boas, 1.2 DH Sunglows and 1.1 het Albino, all of which are HoggXColombians with some awesome colors.
Alon pretty much kept all the DH from that litter excluding my 3 and another 2 I sold to close friends...
Now, there was another different litter which he made pretty much so that he will able to sell some lower quality animals... a not too pretty Super Salmon HoggXColombian(proved out to be) and a Normal BCI- the litter as was expected wasn't -that- good looking.
So we planned on selling them an' all... so I got to his place and took some photos.
This little female was the first we took pictures of:
After I got back home and saw her pics I went like... damn, I did a good job... and then I saw her really odd disappearing pattern and...well, now I am considering to add her to the collection...
She won't be too expensive, but will still probably cost me around 200$ or so. Fact of the matter is she's of "inferior" stock, she can't hope to compete with the Sunfires we're working with but... she may have potential, with the pattern an' all... and her colors seem decent enough at this point.
Should I get a -sixth- boa this year or should I save up to next year?
I am already targeting a breeding that should happen... of a Tiger Dwarf mixed with Super Dwarf Retic bred to a Super Dwarf Retic....
Thoughts?
Oren
