Thank you, I really love this guy, he's currently on a Regurge Protocol, I worry about him but he seems like he's feeling better, he has become much more active for sure, but he's hunting, he is a hungry lil boy. LOL
 
I bought Crescent a little $7 Reptile Hammock to see if he would use it, It took him 1 1/2 hour to get in it but he finally got there and now he wont get out, he loves it.

You can see him down there eye ballin it.

I hesitated bringing crescent out tonight, It has been 3 days since his last meal, but since Crescent was already awake and running around in his enclosure playing I decide to take him out very briefly only to weigh him.

His weight is 5 Grams,
seems very tiny, I need to get him through this regurge protocol I can fatten this guy up.
 
That's small. When he's up to speed, he will only be able to eat the smallest day old pinks (reds). Do you know about slitting? You cut several small slits through the skin/skull of the pink. It makes them easier to digest. When you get to while reds, slit them.

Don't worry too much; this is a normal weight for small hatchlings. It just makes them a title more difficult than big hatchlings in the 7-9 gram range, but he'll get there.

Does your scale weigh in tents of grams?
 
No it doesn't, just pounds, ounces, grams and kilograms, there is a "Tare" function but I've never used it or do I even know what it does.
 
Tare means if you put a container on the scale, and then push tare, it zeros the scale out.
