My Anaheim Acquisition

I picked this beautiful young boy up at the Anaheim show. I have been wanting one for some time, and I have never been able to find the right one at the right price...until the show.

So...meet Sidney, my new male Whitesided Brooksi!

He's really pretty in person. And he just has the best personality. When I got him, the breeder said the clutch hadn't eaten yet, because they had shed Friday night and early Saturday morning. But he ate an F/T pinky for me this morning without hesitation, so he will fit in around here just fine...he has a classic brooksi feeding response!

Yea...I bought him fresh out of the egg, knowingly. I wasn't worried about getting him to eat...he's a brooksi. So he's only a couple weeks old, at most...

Hehe...in 2 or 3 years when he is ready, I'm gonna pair him up with my axanthic female and my hypo female, so I will have a bunch of double het. babies. 3 years after that...look out! I'm working towards ghost and snow whitesides...

LOL. Ain't that the truth about almost all Kings? My goini is my trash bin of my snakes. If a snake doesn't eat, she gets the meal. LOL.
