My spidie collection...

Holy crap Elle! Kalypso is looking AMAZING!

Heh, I'm going to be getting a chroma. cyaneopubescens (GBB) sling sometime soon!
I'm pretty excited about it they are SO gorgeous!

They are beautiful, but off their heads lol. Kalypso isn't the friendliest of brachys, but doesn't flick. Just darts away. It's a shame because it means I never get good pictures of him/her.

Kalypso freshly mouted. He is finally starting to look like a REAL T!

Thanks Toshie. I can't wait till he gets all huge and REALLY colourful. Although I am terrified of the speed he goes at lol.

I can't believe I didn't see his thread before Elle! Your babies are all doing so well, and are all gorgeous. Looks like your little rosea is actually a red "morph" instead of just a regular little one. Those colors are not very normal! The avics and your boehmei are growing beautifully :) Though the avics will always be my first love, I have to say the big male fasciatum was my favorite... those guys are gowng on me. My little fasciatum slings are about 1/2 the size of my tiny slings, but soooooooooo tough and hardy... I just love watching them!

Can't wait to see more updates!

Thanks lassie! Yeah miss moonbeam is taking her sweet time to moult and grow argggg. But the avics and boehemi are growing the fastest and my favs.

Mr fasciatum went to a friend agessss ago. I was too scared of his rump rupture, so thought he was better off with someone with more experience, just incase he started leaking or something lol.

Thanks, boehemi were the first tarantulas I fell in love with and always wanted. So it's been a real treat raising one myself successfully!

Woa.... it's been AGES since I updated this. Here is Kalypso. He is a huge 4.5in leg span. I can't believe I raised him from only 1cm! Still an evil wee beastie.

I fully intended to take snaps of the new G. Pulchras (Smelvet, Velvet and Felt) and a shot of Twinke Toes in her gorgeous planted enclosure. But my camera battery died after that one rubbish shot of Kalypso!

Who ever said avics grow quickly clearly didn't tell that to Twinkle Toes, she is still around the 3in mark at over 2 years old!

He is a furry wee lovely just after a moult a couple of weeks ago so it will take him a wee while to get him huge bum back LOL!

Haven't been around the forums in a good few years, just got an email about this thread, cool photos, Elle.
