Looks like a lavender motley to me. Very similar to the one I had, a Serpenco Lavender motley. They can look more purple or more orange depending upon the background and/or lighting, as well as their age.
Just to be certain, this is the snake we're talking about.... right?
It looks just like a normal motley. It looks hazy like it is about to shed, or maybe just the picture, but nothing like a lavender motley.
OK, the snake in question mixed with 2 normal motleys going into blue for their very first sheds, as well as some lavender motleys from Serpenco's website of a couple of years ago:

Going back to Page 1... How can you tell its Male?! Is there distinctive markings on its head or something?
