I just watched a Really bad movie last night called "Fair Game". Its about a man who puts a 'black mamba' in his wifes house to kill her. The snake looks more like a black rat to me but was interesting to see how they played it out. Again, I will say, it was a Really bad movie LOL

Oh..and Disneys Robin Hood..I think its the same snake.His name is Hiss.....the bear is the same guy, as the one in Jungle book.....so why not..??..lol

FWIW I was just watching "The Empire Strikes Back" yesterday on TV, and noticed there were a few snakes in the scenes where Luke is learning about the force from Yoda and gets sent into the swamp on a sort of vision quest. and also what looked like a monitor lizard...

There are two William Katt movies (You know, "The Greatest American Hero") that star snakes:

Rattled (1996): This is about a housing development that intrudes upon a den of rattlers. You can guess...the snakes get mad!!!

Snake Island (2002): This is about....you guessed it....an island with snakes on it!
