I was at Petco, picking up supplies yesterday because I had my new KSB's coming in. I happened to look in the Corn tank and next to the artificial plant I saw a little gray baldy looking head poking out. I asked a passing employee if I could see the snake. Other than being a bit skinny, it looked decent. No mites, quite alert, very friendly.
I popped the snake and it's a boy.
So I paid $40 and brought home a new little male Bloodred (name pending). :)

Also, fantastic find!!! I so wish I had known more about corns before I bought my first... but my little Petco classic is doing nicely anyhow - feisty little bugger.
 
That is an awesome find. I always have to walk by that section with my head turned cause I know I would start to cry or something.

I think that is a great idea. I am pretty proud of my petco snake. I think he is the prettiest one I own. He was definitely the smallest and sickliest hatchling I ever brought home but he is the prettiest hands down.

Wow, NICE! I've been meaning to check my Petcos' corn stock, but they're not having the 20 dollar off sale anymore, and they usually only have normals.
