Had to vote "other" because this is something I cannot give a simple answer to.

I really like/love most all morphs.

However, ~with combos aside~, my least favorite would have to be Anery A & regular Amel (non selective bred Amel) ... BUT ... not all of them. Certain Aneries & regular Amels really appeal to me. Thus, of these, it really depends on the individual snake's color/pattern &/or line ('Course, I suppose this could be said of the morphs I really love too ... there are some individuals/lines, that I do not find very appealing, although , in general, I love that particular morph).
Then there are the combos, or Stripes, or Motleys, or selective breeding which can serve to make a less appealing morph into something rather awesome.

When it comes to my least favorite combos, that would have to be Ghost & Snow. However, again, certain ones really appeal to me. Then, by adding Stripe, or Motley, or a third morph, to these,... it could be an awesome looking snake, &/or combo, that I really like a lot.

I chose Amel, simply because I've seen more amels I don't like than amels I do - and the proportion of Amels I think look OK to good is smaller than the proportion of any other morph that I think looks OK to good. But then there are some amels that blow my socks off and say "Gotta Have It".

I can narrow my preferences down to something simple, though:

Excellent corn snake = strong clean bold solid colours and either BLACK borders or NO borders.

I don't like splotchy speckledy wishy-washy colours. An Amel with a solid white background is a "good" amel to me; an Amel with a solid deep rich orange background is also a "good" amel to me. An Amel with a solid yellow/tan background would also be good. Sunglows and Candycanes are great... as long as they are GOOD Sunglows or Candycanes. Most Amel Motleys and Amel Stripes are good too (although I've seen some less than attractive stripes) even if they don't qualify as "sunglows".

But all these amels with sorta-yellow, sorta-orange sorta-pink sorta-white someone did a painting of a sunset and used this snake to wipe off their brush look - the UNEVEN colour - I don't like at all.

I also don't like white borders on amel-based snakes, although some reverse okeetees look OK (although they never seem to have a solid enough orange ground colour for me to want to call them 'okeetee' since I don't think thick borders are enough!) A butter with white saddle borders looks messy and uneven and I've seen very few butters I like - but I've seen very few butter motleys or stripes that I didn't like.

And I hate-hate-hate the twig-and-berries head marking - I have deliberately selected all of my breeders because they don't have it; this has worked at least for Mica and Zircon's first clutch with not a single one of the fifteen having anything less than a clean spearpoint.

My faves are Ghost bloods...they gray and pink combo is fabulous!

I also love normals and oketees...their black borders are stunning!

Im not too fond of amels and anything without black borders....that doesnt rule all of them out...some are just beautiful!

Blizzards are kinda boring as they have no patterns or colors.

I love anything with lots of color and pattern!

Im just saying as an overall opinion.

Actually there are a few I don't like. Some of the darker normals like the keys are just plain ugly with there grayish overlay.
Anerys, charcoals and granites are more I don't like, I guess I just don't care for grey. Most lavenders are blah but I do like hypo lavenders with all the peachy colors.

My favourites are light colors like the opals, snows and blizzards. I do like okeetee and Carols Miami's.
Orange amels are also nice, I love my creamsicle, the red ones are ugly as are more yellow ones.

Ashy Z's.. I don't get it.. They are about as intresting as white coffee cups stained brownish like..

Not really a morph.. Cali King X Corn .. Some of them look really intresting but why..*lol* I don't get it..

Regards.. Tim of T and J

I guess if I had to have one I didn't care for it would be the Pied sided Bloods, I love Bloods, dark cherry or candy-apple red...doesn't matter, but the pied sided thing just looks kinda sloppy to me...IMO.

Thank you all for great responses! It's wonderful to see that no one is voting for normals!

Tim mentioned jungles (cali king x corn). I sooo agree. Those things are creepy little frankensteins. They may be colorful, but WHY do it. I mean aren't there enough morphs of corns without making those?

I like the high white pieds... hopefully someday they will be like the BP Pieds, of course, I like Pinto horses too :)

And I soo agree with the Jungles, not a morph, but I don't get it either...

Good! Then you don't have to spend $2000 on a snake! (I LOVE them...)

For me it would be some ROs, but not all. Some ROs just look really ugly, but others look ok. I guess it has to do with how clean their color and contrast is. I also don't really like phantoms, they are just too pale. Almost like some one just sucked all the color out. Caramel Bloods don't really look that great either.

I voted amel, because most amels don't do it for me. However, for every morph that someone has mentioned, including amel, I could post photos of fanatastic looking snakes of that morph.

Now pied BP's are a totally different story...I really like them. I still don't know if a fully pied cornsnake would look that great. they don't have the heavy bodies that BP's do in order to show off the pied-ness. On the other hand imagine a BP with cornsnake saddles??? I think that would look downright silly...IMO

PS) I like Pintos too...

I like all the morphs, but some more than others.
But jungles, "super corns", creamsicles, gopher/corns,etc. I hate with a passion.

I so agree! I bet I'd even see a caramel mot that I will ooo and aah over one day.

same with most above im not really into the whole caramel thing, the coloration bugs me for some reason.. and i am not fond of the grey morphs such as anery, charc. granite. esp. if they have yellow creeping in all over. i actually don't like any yellow creepin on a morph that isn't supposed to have it, snows, blizzards ect.
the only grey snake that i would get would be a hypo pewter-the diffusion and silveryness seems different than other grey snakes.

Interesting thread! Once again we see that personal preferences are indeed - wait for it - personal. My mamma used to say "One man's trash is another man's treasure." Of course, she also used to say that the only good snake was a dead snake. What the heck: Mamma-wisdom wasn't always wise.

I love caramels and butters. I love purple-y lavenders, but dislike the faded ones. If I had to pick a least favorite, it would probably be blizzards. I'm less than excited about the no-color no-pattern thing. Having said that, I like some of those, too.

It's fun to be involved in a hobby where there truly is a variety for everyone!
