Rack system recommendations

DragonsDenSerpents

Murphy's Guinea Pig
I still have yet to get new racks built since I lost my previous ones in the move. I've heard so many mixed things (and found many mixed things on the BOI) about different companies, so I've been leery of purchasing and just heating the snake room. That has worked wonderfully until it hit 12 degrees last night. My apartment complex refuses to turn on the heat in the building until the HALLWAY temp reaches 58 degrees. With people doing laundry nearly 24/7, the hallway is always a nice, moderate temperature, but my flat reached 59 last night and my heat bulbs in my snake room couldn't keep up. Some of the adults I can brumate, but there are a few I'd like to keep feeding over the winter and the only rack I have right now is my 2013 rack with tiny tubs.

Can anyone recommend a good quality rack system that won't break the bank? I use sterilite bins and would ideally like the flexwatt/t-stats to come with the system as I'm horrible at wiring that kind of thing. I can get assistance if not though.

I love my AP racks!! (Animal Plastics)
I just got another one, and assembled it last night.

Edit to add: it takes a while to get AP stuff, because they are so popular, they've become back ordered, but they do have quick ship items, and right now, they have the 6 shelf 32/15 rack on quick ship, so you get it faster than normal orders. They take the Sterilite 32 qt bins or the Sterilite 15 qt bins that you can get at Target.

So you need an adult rack? How many tubs? Professional racks systems aren't cheap, but I've never heard anyone say they wish they hadn't gotten one! How handy are you with woodworking?

Chip, I have 17 adult tubs right now, so likely two different racks at least. Sadly I'm terrible with anything involving math or power tools. Looking at Reptile Basics and Animal Plastics. I'm not expecting dirt cheap as I do want good quality.

I do like those, Michelle, and have actually used the same ones at work for a cheap shelving unit for agility equipment. I'll see if I can brave Target today. :)

AP racks for your adults.... 2 -10 slot racks will run you roughly $1000.00 after buying the tubs. It will also take upwards of 5 weeks to complete your order and ship them. The racks are made using CNC ( computer numerical control)technology. The racks are precise... In every way! I have 3 of them.
