Right I'm going to go away and write up a rota for the next 2 months. I will give people specific dates and not "first monday/last monday" of the month. That way we will know exactly whos doing what and when.

I don't know if this would be helpful, but you could use the "Calender" feature here (see gray cs.com toolbar). If the wir is scheduled for Mondays, you could put a wir event and assignment in the calender for each Monday. I think the calendar events are also displayed at the bottom of the forum homepage. :shrugs:

Tula, I'm going to need someone to do this past weeks and probably my next turn the way things are going for me. I think I'll be ok to return to my normal schedule in the next 3-4 weeks.
