I was used to the "what kind of coke?" stuff from Louisiana. Now I usually just say what I want instead of calling it coke...My grandparents in Louisiana call them "cold drinks"

In Louisiana, in a drive-thru/drive-in, when you say coke, they say "will that be coke, sprite, dr pepper, mountain dew, or lemonade?" One might even answer that the coke will be a coke coke. Or a regular coke coke.
