Pragmatic & Logical
I just talked to my friend tonight - the one who I loaned 2 normal adult ball pythons to so she could put them with her male spider. That was a LONG time ago, and we had given up on them when one of the females finally laid 4 eggs. They FINALLY hatched over the weekend - we have 2 normals and 2 spiders, so we each get one of each! I don't have any spiders yet, so it is exciting to me! She lives about an hour away, so I haven't seen them yet. She may send some photos, but she is going to feed them a few times, and then we will get together and sex them and take our picks.

So it will be a while before I get to take and post photos, but thought I would share the good news anyway. I have only produced normals and pastels so far, so it is really fun to get something new!

Thanks everyone!

I have always thought of the corn babies as "Christmas in July" (or whenever the babies happen to hatch). Now it will be even more fun with BPs as well. I have another 4 BP eggs incubating (pastel x normal). And also a pretty red and black Amazon tree boa that looks gravid - hope to see some of those in 2 or 3 months. But no more corns until next year. Should be fun!

If you think YOU want to see my new BP, I want to see it even more, lol! And I won't even get to see it (or the others in the clutch) for a couple of weeks, at least. I know what spiders look like, but I want to see MY spider, haha! It's really mean to ME!!

Thanks! The whole reason I really want one is to make bumble bees (pastel spider), and eventually, killer bees (super pastel spider). I have a really pretty line of pastels to combine with them.
