"Starburst" and Neon Coral Snows

Here is one of my keeper neon coral snows from last year.

What defines a neon?

Neon is a form of pink that was originally bred by Stephen Wagner. The bright pink tends to be in the ground color, between the saddles. Others that have worked with it report it is not compatible with Bubblegum. It is compatible with coral, which is not the same as hypo A. Neon Coral is a phenotype that results from the combination of Neon with Coral.
