That video is pure:
Those "sound-bites" and videos, don't even cover 5% of the story and there is a complete lack of any investigative information preceding the encounter or thereafter, except the one in Stark County, (where I live) and the police were cleared of wrong doing by a Grand Jury, and the girl was charged with two counts: disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Even the ones borrowing from news clips give partial information at-best.
This is not to say that police brutality/ intimidation does not exist, but if propaganda is the basis for your beliefs then facts and figures really won't make much difference with respect to your beliefs.
Of course it could all be just me because the video "was shortened for the attention span of the modern apathetic internet user"
What a great prelude to propaganda...
Propaganda
Propaganda is communication aimed at influencing the attitude of a community toward some cause or position. As opposed to impartially providing information, propaganda in its most basic sense, presents information primarily to influence an audience. Propaganda often presents facts selectively (thus lying by omission) to encourage a particular synthesis, or uses loaded messages to produce an emotional rather than rational response to the information presented. The desired result is a change of the attitude toward the subject in the target audience to further a political agenda.
