She looks like a normal to me too. She could also be called a classic, which sounds a little more fancy than normal.

I heard a new keeper call them "original" corns a few weeks back by mistake. I think original is awesome! Like classic, it sounds way more dignified than "normal." Which also makes mutations "abnormal" (which they are).

She looks like an Alabama locality corn to me-they're pretty snakes (and those colors let them blend in really, really well).

I think that sometimes people see the morphs so often that classics are seen as unusual. Wadjet is a Carolina phase classic (more orange than your girl), and we often get "what kind of a snake is that?" "I didn't know corn snakes came in THAT color", etc-even though she's exactly what you'd find in your barn in most of the southeast US.

Actually some of the ORIGINAL corns from the Miami area I had in the late 70s and early 80s did look a lot like that. It's only been through a lot of selective breeding and serendipitous spooky genes that all or most of the orange in the background has been weeded out.

She looks like my classic (who I need to take a photo of). My fiance and I were talking and he called them "Carolina Classics." It reminded me of a car but whatever at least he's trying to understand.
