Just thought I'd share some photos of my beautiful baby corn snake, Wilma.

She's finally eating for me, so I thought I'd handle her today and get some photos.

Thank you, I think she is just a beauty! Although I do feel bad for using the flash right in her face.

Wilma was doing some light reading today:

I also wanted to take some nice shots of her outdoors because she just shed so her colors are really vibrant, especially in the sun, but she was so active in the heat, so I took her in.

After having a relatively difficult time getting Wilma to eat for the first time (although she wasn't the problem, I was), a few months later I finally feel comfortable enough to view her while she's eating and this time I decided to take some pictures.

It sure is an interesting process watching them eat. She usually eats the pinky head first, although not always, and then she actually lifts them up and allows gravity to help them go down.

She also has gotten really comfortable in her feeding container. The first few attempted feedings she would try to escape and it was so hard to get the lid on the container without pinching her. Now she just sits right in there and waits for the food. And this time I even removed the lid to take pictures and she never even tried to leave.

Wow look at her!! I am glad that she is eating good for you now.

She's getting prettier with every shed. And yes, she eats wonderfully now. As soon as the pinky hits the floor of her container she grabs it and scarfs it down. It's so great not having to worry constantly. :)

SUPER NICE!!!!

WOW! That is a BRIGHT Amel...looks like a Fluorescent Amel to me! Where did you get her? She got any sisters or brothers like her!!!

Yep, I got her from Christen, and she did have siblings, but (correct me if I'm wrong) they all have homes.
