Big 9g El Wray: Miami Mot

Nanci

Alien Lover
I thought I would get El Wray out for a short visit. Although he is a third larger, at 9g, than when he arrived, a tiny snake just isn't that much fun to handle! Still, El Wray is so calm and gentle that I had no fear of setting him down for a few moments to snap some quick pics.

This beautiful little guy was bred by Carol Huddleston. I just love his little stripey-ness! In two years this guy is going to be stunning, and Carol will realize I stole him!

I had some trouble getting a close-up, because El Wray is friendly and curious and brave. He wanted to get close to the camera! He's just a little sweetie, he doesn't even run away when I get him out! But he's an excellent eater- doesn't require the princess treatment like many of my other young ones. He _did_ do his first tail rattle at his last meal! How adorable!

Thanks for looking!

He is so cute. I wish my babies were that calm.:)

I have three Miamis who all came from Carol, so weren't raised as pets. Cherry, the adult, was super-friendly and out-going the minute I unpacked her. She's out all the time. Cherry will happily sit and watch a movie for as long as I care to hold her. Colorado, who is really DesertAnimal's, but who is staying with me for a year, is a teenager 2007. Very sweet, also out all the time. El Wray has only been spotted out roaming once in the month or so I've had him, but he's the calmest baby ever, well except maybe for Jasper, my hypoblood also from Carol. I think Miamis are a very special morph who are quite easy to deal with, who respond well to handling even without any special "training."

And you had better make sure all of your windows are locked and your doors bolted as I may just steal him from you!

What do you mean he'll be stunning in 2 years?
He's stunning NOW!!
:)

He really is beautiful Nanci! :)

LOL. I told you he was a great eater. I was so worried about that tiny egg, then it hatched the cutest tiny hatchling! Nanci, you might find this kind of funny. I checked his parents pairing thread to see if I took a pic of the egg. I didn't but read my notes....

I couldn't believe he was the first to eat! I love the Miamis so much, a little bit of me considers every one as "stolen". ;) I'm very excited to see how Canto's brother does this season.
