COerriccaRN is over and out!

Okay, just got done reading that other thread...and all I can say is I find your attitude toward animal life to be disgusting, cruel, and sadistic. I know you said being called disgusting, cruel, and sadistic upsets you. But since you seem to have so little regard for the feelings of your fellow creatures, then why should I have any regard for yours?

Since i agreed with every word of that post in that thread, you have just called me discusting, cruel and sadistic. how is it SADISTIC!?!?!??! how does that have anything to do with not feeling compassion for a rat!?!??!?!

i was very tempted to report that post for name calling, but i didn't. your lucky.
I'm sorry to say that i don't have one ounce of remorce or compassion for vermon like rats, mice, deer, and coons. They are pests. nothing you can change about it.

I just think some people are more sensitive towards that sort of thing than others cornsnake 124.

I personally am quite sensitive and I could bring myself to kill any sort of animal. The other day I could even bring myself to 'brain' a pinky when my corn was not feeding. I had to get my partner to do it while I went out of the room, The thing was already dead lol.

I think you are right although I personally couldn't and on a forum like this there is bound to be many people that feel very strongly.

Not sure if Emily is still here but if she is then my advice is GET OVER IT. And that goes for every one who was being mean in their comments. Is it really necessary?? I think the point has been made.

P.S I don't quite get the panda thing but I love it *chuckle*

That statement is the essence of why I am leaving. NO ONE will just accept my veiw (like I have accepted theirs) and just leave me the heck alone about it. I live in the South, the DEEP country. I hunt, I kill things...Heck, EVERYONE around here does. I have been raised around it. Its part of my upbringing. Why can't people just accept and understand that and leave me alone about it and STOP telling me that something is WRONG with me???

Thats why I am leaving. Thank you for reminding me.

I missed what ever thread started this, but do not let the opinion of a few affect you. There are many members of this forum who hunt and kill animals. This very weekend, I am chasing axis deer all weekend. Will I feel a thing when I shoot them? yes, but only the recoil of my rifle or pistol, whichever I use. If I wound one of them and they run off and die and I cannot find them, will I care? Not really. The only thing that would remotely bother me in that situation is the fact that I will not get to enjoy their delicious meat.

Again, if you are still following this thread (I only read through the first page, and only briefly), don't be influenced by a few, you have many friends here.

...P.S I don't quite get the panda thing but I love it *chuckle* ...

That IS the point of the panda thing...to make you laugh, chuckle, and stop arguing nonsensically(not you, personally, but in general)...

That might just be because the other hasn't been up too long. It seems to be growing quickly.

I KNOW I said I was gone, but I'm just gonna tell yall...I will be back, EVENTUALLY. Just taking some time off to let things cool down and focus on starting my column. I will be back, IDK when. It all depends.

Look Emily. I have a reputation for getting into it with people but I am also very smart. i believe a member compared me to Dr. House once. I am very smart, but somtimes I come across very rude and sometimes I try to be rude to get a point across. Who was it that said that. The point is like Chris said we are hardcore passionate about what we believe. I believe all animals are entitiles to rights of some kind. You may not be the point is we will disagree we will agree. But in the end we all are a big online family.

ok, completely off topic, but I LOVE Dr. House! Smart and too the point!

This could be considered trolling! Robbie I am in advanced and AP classes making A's and B's I doubt I am an idiot.. Plus I keep a very nice snake collection

He may have been talking about life smarts. I don't know you nor have I seen even 1% of yours and Robbie's postings to each other so I may be off base. From what I have seen, you are a well written 15 year old who does well in school, but I have no idea about your life/street smarts. There is a major difference. I am NOT saying you don't have them. I don't know you well enough, but Robbie has known you longer and that may be what he is referring to. ??

Well, Emily, you are sweet and you are young.

I am a very opinionated person, about certain things. Very passionate.
And I know a few of my ideas would put others off. Are they corn snake related?...No.
Am I compromising myself by leaving things unsaid (and my feelings unhurt)...LOL...?...No.
BUT....I have become friends with many many very different sorts on this forum,...and I always walk away having gained far more from being here than I have lost.
