I am often asked how many snakes I have..... and I am a little embarrassed to admit that I don't actually know. I do know that I have 15 ball pythons, 3 boa constrictors and 2 Mexican black king snakes. With the corn snakes, though, I had to write down all their names and take an inventory. I found that I currently have 73 corns. Seven of those are for sale now, and there are several more big girls that will be for sale after they lay their eggs. That's still a lot of snakes, though, and no doubt I will hatch a bunch of babies, which I think I need to keep..... Why do these snakes have to be so darned addictive?

Wendy, someone at work was asking me how many snakes I had. The easiest way for me to remember was write down the racks, and then who was in there. So when I had all the rack slots filled, then I knew I had all the snakes!

5 snakes at home and 8 awaiting warm weather pickup after they are shipped to great falls Montana. Wevare hoping to get them before the end of march beginning of April.

My snakes are located all over the house in multipe racks and tanks, so I have to go though each room in my mind and write down who is living in each enclosure..... and then go through it again to make sure I didn't forget anybody. I have to admit I was a little surpised when I realized I have 93 snakes in my care currently. I was thinking I had more like 70 something.

:roflmao: I used to always make up a number.. like 10 or so. It's just one of those questions I like to avoid answering when talking to "normies". I think that I was actually too embarrassed to know the real amount of snakes I had so I wouldn't have to answer honestly :shrugs:

The easiest way for me to keep track of how many I have is through iherp. I do have a few animals I havn't added to it yet, but for the most part, it's totally updated and makes it easy / undeniable! ;)

Anyway, I am proud to say I have 20 Corn Snakes! That is my limit though.. at least for this year. I really don't want to overwhelm myself.

You say that now, but wait till the new babies hit the ground! Hopefully there will even be girls!!!
