Lava Bloodred and Ice Blood update

carol

Down with the sickness
I'm still taking 2 steps forward, one step back as far as the Ice Bloods feeding habits, but I'll hang in there. Hopefully I'll get a another this year and maybe a Lava Pewter!

It's the most beautiful snake in the world!!! And the one that _used_ to be the most beautiful!

maybe a Lava Pewter!
Ok Carol... you're getting out of hand here! Lol. That would be really cool. Got my fingers crossed for you.

These two are something else. That Ice Blood is amazing! I should be producing these too... around the year 2015 or so. ... if I'm lucky.

Pretty babies! I'm new to corns; what do you mean about the feeding habits?
Thanks!

Both are beautiful...but that Ice Blood is something to behold! I'd love to see an adult pic....you thinking about doing a progression thread? (hint) :)

Thanks everyone!

Well, at first he didn't eat anything... then I got him hooked on hamster pinks. Then I ran out of hamster pinks and again he didn't eat anything. Then he decided to take live pinks, but I don't have a steady supply of those and this guy has a high metabolism. I was beside myself when he took two meals of frozen thawed pinks but now he is refusing. :punch:

Your snakes never cease to impress me Carol. I'm quite anxious for your eggs to start hatching!

At least he isn't chronically regurging...

I sure wish you were alot closer, or there was a way to ship live pinks to you, as my breeders have been producing them like crazy for the past couple of months. Of course, as soon as I'll need some, the mice colonies will suddenly become sterile...

But those are some STUNNING snakes! Now I'll know what to look for when, and if, my hets start producing. I'm hoping for '09 if the females grow well this summer.

Thanks for the pics Carol. Absoluetely gorgous! If all goes well I may see a few here myself this year. Good luck on the lava pewter too!

Thanks for the info on feeding (I can't quote your message for some reason.) That ice blood baby is gorgeous! How many of those do you have?

The Ice Blood locks unbelivable... This Diffusion is outstandig, please post a Progression Thread of her, So we can all see how the color develops
