I agree with both comments. Very soothing voice. She should do relaxation CDs-- maybe with a low-volume background of waves gently breaking on a beach. :grin01:

Great videos... We just got our female hatchling snow popped. The rest of the collection is being probed sometime this week.

I could imagine kathys voice on "quit smoking" tapes LOL.

That's funny! I always try to get hubby to do most of the talking because he has such a great voice! I never liked my own voice.

And thanks for the free video. I now know my problem was not starting far enough down the tail. I have now popped all my babies from this season and the girls FAR out number the boys. I will pop the girls again once or twice more, but I think I have the hang on it now.

The videos are great. I luckily had a breeder handy to teach me in person (thanks Stephen) and had the opportunity to pop a baby some kid bought at the petstore so they knew it was male right away. Boy do I feel powerful now!! All my hatchlings are now sexed.

Glad they are being helpful. My computer friend has sent us a file that he says will be useful for Mac people. I will let you know when we get it on the site.

I posted the info here and on the OTHER SITE (KS) at the same time so everyone could use it if they need it. Seems to have been deleted over there yesterday, along with all the comments. That is, unless my eyes are worse than I thought and I am just missing it. Maybe they considered it advertising??? I just thought it was free info. I emailed a moderator for an explanation, but it is the weekend now, so haven't heard back.

Guess people over there will just be out of luck. I am too busy this time of year to waste time trying to help people, just to be deleted.

Great videos. Luckily I was able to find a local breeder to show me, but this sure will be helpful for those who cannot or maybe forget the technique.

As to all the Mac users: I use a Mac and was able to watch BOTH the .wmv and .mov just fine on my computer. You know they have windows media player for Mac right?

I tried that once with my Gene predictor. Had the same crap comming my way. Pretty funny if you know I worked on it for a few months and offer it for free. And my website has absolutly nothing that could steel visitors from KS.

Oh and.. excellent video Kathy. I have been popping snakes for over 15 years and never realised it works better the more you grip to the end of the tail. The video is priceless.. And yes, you have a great voice..!

Kathy these videos are terrific! I just wanted to thank you again for your time and effort on these! I am slowly practicing at "popping" and my probe kits are on order. I had a more experienced person come overy last night and help me practice on all my babies <all 120 that are at my house at least! :sidestep: >
