OMG OMG Oh Em Geeeee~ Meet Ladybird!!!

I'm soooooo jealous. Can't wait till we get ours for the same reasons. Gonna love that dominant gene. Plus they are just pretty in their own right.

Congrats- it's a beauty...it has nic BOLD/thick black stripes running down the sides of the dorsal stripe... Thats something I'm working on increasing even more this coming season... they look great with the thick black- even better as adults... that girl will be a screamer!

I think we need to start a Tessera Club, now that there are more of them out there in "regular" homes!! Unfortunately, my Gartersnake is probably the most uncooperative photo subject of all time...But i will try this weekend!!

So She got me back for making her take that long trip....

LOL!

Horray for Tessra Love!!!

I'm really surprised she nipped you! This was the calmest batch of corns I can remember. I don't even remember getting bitten popping them. I think she'll settle down to be a calm girl, she was an easy-handling yearling. I'm stoked you got her, I think she's gonna be nice and red. Excited to see the progression pics!

Well she did have a very rough day...who can blame her! I am sure she will calm right down.

Ladybird is a beautiful name. I wanted to add that. Do not mess with Ladybird.

Well except (don't tell Lauren...) but She was actually named after a very rare my little pony that was only made in greece. LOL!

This is too funny not to share though. My friends and I played a game at a "passion party" where the host reads off a list of names, and you guess whether the name belongs to a porn star, or a My Little Pony. Man, those My Little Ponies have some dirty names!

Ladybirds' a good one though!! Congrats.

That's the game! It's been around for years! I can't play...I know all the answers!

LOL I remember Cotton Candy as a pony name... I don't remember ever seeing this Ladybird pony, so she must have been rare since I think I knew all of them! At least until now :(

Ladybird the Tessera is gorgeous! I'm gonna get some myself this year, can't wait :)
