So last night I had a dream that Daenerys and I inherited a house and all of the snakes in it, which included a breeding colony of Leucistic Pygmy Rattlesnakes, and many other colubrids. I then woke up and was depressed for 5 minutes :cry:

I had a dream......That my Bartholomew had snakes over at his 'house' without telling me. I had to end up feeding 20 snakes, and I was stressed out in my dream. Then I woke up and found him all alone in his tank, and I let out a huge sigh of relief.

My boyfriend and I had a good laugh at this. I always imagine my snakes inviting each other "over" for wild snake parties while we're out.
 
If I dream about snakes it's usually me out in a forest/jungle and I everywhere I look there are corn snakes. If I reach out to pick one up though it bites me and then they all try to bite me. :(

I've also had dreams where I worry about a snake escaping... I have a snake that I'm trying to put away but there's a big whole in the bottom of the container and the snake slips out. If I try a new container I can't find a lid that fits, there's never a big enough lid! And the snake always finds the opening and falls or crawls out!

Dunno if those classify as dreams or nightmares. :shrugs:
 
I have dreams of waking up and finding teeny tiny hatchlings when I didn't have eggs!
 
I have lots of snake escape dreams, also. I'll be trying to clean/re-arrange one of my snakes' enclosures and I have all kinds of issues with both the enclosure and whatever container I'm trying to put the snake in. Mysterious holes or cracks will appear. Often their enclosures don't make sense; I had a dream that Ariadne lived in a big dollhouse and kept escaping through the upstairs window, and another where Quetzal lived in a gumball machine at the front foyer of a high school and kept escaping through the slot.
 
I've had so many dreams about snakes, I couldn't even name any right now. I did have a dream recently about waxworms who kept multiplying and escaping from a tank. I kept trying to scoop them all up, but the more I tried the worse it was.

I think when you're really obsessed with something, you dream about it. I always dreamed about fish when I wanted to do my fish rescue.
 
I actually had a snake dream the other night. I was out looking for snakes in the woods, when I flipped a log and found a nest of Eastern Milk Snakes. There were dozens of them, and some were really unique and rare looking... then I woke up.
 
Mine always involved freaking out because they were escaping. ;____; Or I see a bunch in the middle of the road and try to save them all, I end up running around with a bunch of snakes in my hands like a mad man.
 
I usually dream that I suddenly remember some snakes I had forgotten to take care of for a long time because I probably had too many... I never get to actually finding them and keep getting more and more confused about it until I wake up. Bad feeling :(
 
I keep dreaming that I walk outside and friendly snakes of all kinds are everywhere...especially ball pythons :D :D
I run outside and pick them up, loading them into bins to take to my never ending rack space...and then I wake up :(
I've almost cried a few times when I realize they didn't make it back with me. :( :( :(
 
The last dream I had about snakes was about a month ago. I dreamed that I reached into one of my tanks and pulled out a venomous one. I am not sure on what type, though I think it might have been a greenish Mamba. The snake was hissing and snapping at everyone who was around me, but it never once tried to bite me. Everyone kept gasping and trying to take the snake from me, but I wouldn't let them. Finally, they kept making it more and more mad until it struck to bite someone and instead of biting them, it sank its fangs into my hand. I woke up with a painful burning in that same spot. Scared the bejeebus out of me. lol!
 
I always get snake dreams when I go on Vacation, I dream they escape or that I have them all out at once and I keep loosing track of them.
 
Since the population expansion, I keep dreaming I find little boxes with baby snakes where they don't belong in my apartment, as in, why is there a hatchling in a little box in my bed? Then I wake up and search the bed and realize there are cats but no snakes! :rofl:
