Tampa Show Additions!

I am in love with that house snake too Robbie. Better keep a close eye on that one the next time I make it out your way.

Excellent pick ups, Robbie. And thanks for the close up pics. I have never seen an AHS IRL, and would love to examine/inspect them both up close. Very, very interesting snakes.

Nice Robbie! When I was looking at getting another creature I was thinking maybe AHS. I never saw one at a show to check it out for real. What is the look of the scales, is there a real irridescence? I just wanted to ask someone that was looking at one.

Ha, and what does it taste like?

I'm finally home! I tried very hard to talk Robbie into both a Mrs. Ted and a Mrs. Ed. Mrs. Ed was even het for snow! Did Robbie mention that Ted bit him? Those HSs are whippy, bitey little things. But beautiful. Did Robbie mention that _I_ was the one who finally found them again? When we were standing practically on top of them! Ed came from Lindsey Pike, breeder of my Janine, and the Uro Master. There is not a nicer guy in the world. While Robbie was deciding on Ed, Lindsey was very, very closely inspecting the alternate yellow rat, and thought maybe he saw mites, and he totally would have said something if the snake had them, even though they were all pre-treated just in case. But it was not mites.

Thanks! He's definitely lickable, although I haven't licked him... yet. :D I didn't wanna get a tongue tag.

He definitely shimmers in the sunlight. I'll try to capture it better next time. In the indoor lighting, he's not as shiney. But still purty. :D

See above response

Nanci, you are such an enabler... If it were up to you, I would've broken my bank at the show. :D

Sweet Robbie :) Congrats !!!! :)

Thanks!

Either my connection or my computer won't let me see pics right now. :( I'll have to try my lappy later but either way...

Congrats!!!

ooooh, gorgeous! I sooo want a house snake someday, I think they are so cute! ^^ something about the white face markings just makes them adorable.

DYK they are working now! I love Ted's eyes!

Yay! And thanks! He has such pretty eyes. And a cute face!

Sweet snakes robbie

Thanks, dave.

Just so you know, the babies are nippy. LOL. I got... "bit"... by Teds little sibling a few times when I was holding it. Ted only got me once after I had Ben pop him. But they're just so cute!

Nice pick ups Robbie. I love the African House Snake.
African House snake!! Those are gorgeous. I love the eyessss. :)

Thanks, guys! I've been wanting to work with these guys for a while. :D

What, you would have spent $40 more. Unless you went for the plan for the guppy water garden for the mini boas, whatever they were.

It would've been $55 before my porch became guppy central. LOL. :D
(Candoia something or the other)

Ahhh you got a hoosie before moi! LOL

He is absolutly beautiful. Don't you just like their little boa eyeballs?

Gorgeous pick ups Robbie! From the looks of it, everyone has been going a little show crazy lately. And here, I have to wait until April for the next show... not to mention that I really can't bring anything home :( However, if I was to find a Ted or 2 hanging around, you'd better believe I will be on top of that! Lovely photos my dear!
