We are having a big, informal, picnic party at our house for our 30th wedding anniversary on Sat, March 21. Lots of food, fun, and live music from our herper friends who also belong to a band. Lots of fun for all!

30 years and you guys are still happy- it is possible, lol!! I wish I were going down to see my parents, but my daughter will be in Plantation with my folks that week- I am stuck here studying= blah. Have a happy aniversary and congrats!
 
Sounds like a blast. I was kinda looking for a reason to come down and see your set-up but $$$$$ is so tight right now the wallet screeches when we open it. SIGH! I guess I'll have to be there in spirit.

It's a 275 mile drive (one way) for me, so I'm not sure yet! Is there shade to park in, so I can bring my dog?
 
We have lots of trees here. We live on 20 acres in the middle of nowhere, lol! Do they bite? You could park way out away from everyone, and then tie them out near your car, with some food and water.

BTW, the All Florida Herp Conference is the following weekend in Gainesville. That is pretty close to you - are you coming to that?
 
Yes, we always go. I can't remember the last time we missed it. Bill is a speaker, so doesn't have to pay. But I will have to come up with the $$. If you are a student anywhere (even part time), it is a lot cheaper. Quick - sign up for a class at the local community college, lol!
 
MAN, I wish I lived in florida, I'd love to be there to be able to help you all honor your anniversary. Congrats and know many of us will be there in spirit!
 
awww Well, Happy big 30...anniversary! lol :) I will have to see what our funds are like.. I am not sure if I Will be able to or not, But I Will let you know!
 
Only 1 week to go!

We are busy trying to get ready - shopping, cleaning, finding out the pool pump just went out and has to be replaced - always something, lol!

Sure hope to see some of you next Saturday!
 
Oooh! That sounds like fun!!! Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to make it... We'll have to see how the rest of this week goes...

I will be in Palmetto that weekend for an agility trial, how much further south are you located?
 
It was great fun!

We had about 55 - 65 people at the party, I think. Lots of live music, karaoke, food, and perfect weather. But I don't remember seeing anyone from CS, unfortunately. (Lots of other herpers, though.) So I expect you ALL to come to my 40th anniversary 10 years from now, lol!
