Weeki Wachee Locality Corn

on w/c i have is a brazilian bcc. and shes been a hassel. after 4 regurges i finally got her to hold down a rat pink for the last week. knock on wood. good find and great pics. thanks for sharing.

Have you had your snake checked for parasites? Every WC snake I've done a fecal on has had worms, as well as the two CB snakes I checked.

yep. shes almost all good now. and is getting along great. i am still gonna go for another fecal so she wont need to go to. but shes still in kind of a quarantine. i just try to keep it calm around her, still no handling and only feeding every 2 weeks.

I haven't gotten around to sexing this pretty thing, but he/she has eaten twice for me now (live both times) and shed this past week-end. Here are some new pics taken post-shed on Wednesday after I cleaned up his/her messy tub. For a wc, I'm really surprised at just how mellow this one is!

Wow, it looks Sooo Much like the one I recently got. But the one I got.. is FIESTY! Ugh! I have had a feeling he is a WC.. He just isn't seeming to Keen on being locked up. And Hides under bedding..rattles tail, goes in Cobra Position.. But eats like a Pro! :-/ LOL Who knows.. right?

Oh gee...he's PRETTY! I love his head pattern and colours. If I lived any closer I'd definitely ask you Susan to send him over to me. :D Wish I had a chance to find wild corns around here, but no...

Susan, his freckles are just too cute! Thanks for sharing your beautiful photos. The last wild corn I came across was doing his best to convice me he was A DEADLY FORCE TO BE RECKONED WITH. This guy seems like a real sweetie.

Very nice find Susan I really like the light coloration. Haven't seen much around here lately just a passing coachwhip yesterday.
