You still act like I am a party member of some sort. I was behind bush when the towers fell but instead of going over there and destroying those that attacked us when went and played just like vietnam. In the mean time we have let thousands of muslims in our country and mosques are popping up everywhere. Sharia law is being defended in deerbourn mi. We are pandering, defending, and cow towing to the very religion that is trying to destroy Christianity, liberty, and capitalism.
And again, you are confusing Christianity with Democracy.
Muslims have just as many rights in this country as Christians do. They are both a viable and Constitutionally protected religion in this country, whether you like it or not. People have just as much right to build a Mosque as they do a Church or a Temple.
Sharia Law is being defended as a personal religious choice and a guaranteed religious freedom. I don;t have to agree with a religious viewpoint to defend it's right to exist in this country.
For example, I wholeheartedly and completely disagree with your views of morality. However, I will defend to the death your Constitutional right to have those beliefs and share them with others. I would do the same for a Muslim, a Buddhist, a Taoist, a Wiccan or a Satanist. ALL religions are guaranteed freedom of worship and expression in this country, and ALL people are guaranteed the same freedoms under the Constitution.
If you disagree with that...you're in the wrong country. If you want a government that will dictate which religion is acceptable and which is not, you're in the wrong country. If you want a government that supports your right to religious practice while denying that same right to others...you're in the wrong country.
God is not the President. Christianity is not Democracy. The bible is not the Constitution. Legislative, Executive, and Judicial is not the holy trinity. The father, son, and holy spirit are not judge, jury, and executioner.
Contrary to what you would
like to see happen in this country, there is still a Constitutionally mandated separation of Church and State. Thank your pious god that republicans get away with forcing religious morals on the population as much as they do. That
will change, very soon. There WILL come a day when our people and our government wake up and realize that Christian morality is not something to be dictated to the people.
I hope to see that in my lifetime. If not, I will be satisfied if my children can see it.
