Bring it on.
Robbie, I've looked a lot at the Reptile Basics racks and they look appealing to me. How big is the gap between the top of the tub and the shelf? For hatchlings it would be easy enough to keep them in enclosed shoeboxes, but I worry about escapes.
There's virtually no space between the top of the tub and the rack. You'd be hard pressed to see even a hatchling ringneck snake manage to squeeze out of one, let alone a baby corn or anything else.
One of the things I do like about having 3 black sides is that the tubs stay nice and dark to add to the feeling of security for the snakes. I've noticed that my ones in the rack are a bit more active than the ones in vivs, especially during the day. Most of them can be seen prowling the front lines, but when they see you, head back into the darker recesses. I like to think it helps them know that they can hide from the big scary monster that brings them food. :roflmao:
