Corn genitcs looking for a list to whats codom and recessive

Repti-racks

Racks / Cages
Ive been a python and boa guy for so long i noticed that corn morphs are not like pythons or boas with whats codom or recessive.

Is their a list out their that tells you what corn morphs are what.
example : motley is it codom or not.

Seems like alot of corns are recessive i havent founf any info stating any are codom.

Thanks

Tessera appears to be dominant.
Ultra is co-dom with Amelanism.
Motley is co-dom with Stripe, but phenotypically dominant over it.
Pretty much... uhm... everything else is simple recessive. o_O

so what im wondering is if a motley was bred to a normal do you get 50% normals and 50% motleys in the clutch like pythons.
What is meant by motley is co-dom with stripe and ultra co-dom with amel.
So other than those few everything else when bred will prodice HETS ?

Motley X normal gives you all normals het motley
Motley X normal het motley will statistically give you 50% motleys
Motley is only codom with stripe but both are recessive to normal

There is only one dominant gene known in corn snakes...tessera. It has yet to be officially determined if a "super" form is possible (but I think I heard a rumor that there is NOT a super form). All other known corn snake genes are recessive to normal. Amel and ultra are located at the same locus and have equal degrees of expression when combined. Motley and stripe are located at the same locus but motley is expressed over stripe when both are present.

i take it there never was an outcome on the orange buff stuff ? lol

glad corns are easier than royals tho

As the breeder of the bufs and oranges never test bred to a simple caramel, the results are inconclusive. And now that the breeder is leaving the business, the world may never know unless someone else takes on the task.

hmm, doesnt sound too suspicious then.. how simple would that have been?, caramel adults are quite easy to get hold of over here.

As has been said, tessera is the only dominant morph. The rest are simple recessive. Some (ultra/amel, motley/stripe) are co-dominant to each other, but are still simple recessive towards normal.
