Great thread! I love seeing other peoples' pets, no matter what they are, but I especially love dogs! Mrs. Z, yours far exceed the 'cute-o-meter"!

My ankle-biters (rat terriers). Orbit is a 12-year-old rescue who has been with me a little over a year. A very sweet girl!

Orbit and Bubba, another rescue. He had some territorial aggression issues, and was on death row as unadoptable. He is doing much better now, once he realizes no one is going to hurt him.

Casey and Buddy, a Staffordshire terrier mix, and Beagle mix. Both were rescues, and are now deceased. Two of my favorite dogs, and I miss them beyond measure.

Great pics everyone! I love seeing all the different animals people are keeping.

Matthew, that bunny is heartrendingly beautiful. There was one just like that at the shelter, she was my favorite and I wish I could have taken her home.

Thanks! Yeah, she's pretty cute. I'm still amazed at her transformation from a super skittish scared bunny to one that is an attention whore (I mean that in a good way!).

Hahaha! Thanks! He gets pretty hot in the summer so we get him cut. I didn't want to do a traditional lion cut, so I came up with this. He has an appointment with the groomer in May, so I'll probably take some more pics. right now his fur is super duper long and a giant mess.

Azul, my betta. When i got him, he had fin rot, and so did my other betta. My uncle gave them to me in a "tank" that gave each betta 1/8 gallon of space. My mom thought it was unneccessary to give them more room, so i had to go out buy 2.5 gallon tanks and heaters behind her back. She still won't let me have a filter. I'm working on it.

Both Z and I have a real soft spot in our hearts for Chows. We've had 3--a purebred, a chow/golden retriever mix, and a wolf/chow mix. Plus, many years ago, I had Teddy Bear, a Chow x GSD mix who broke my heart when he ran into the road on our way to our car a couple of days before Christmas, and was hit and killed....

So. Yeah. Send us the Chow, and don't make me come looking for ya.... *grins*

Haha! This is the first Chow I've had, but she is great. Definitely has the characteristic stubborn-ness and not the easiest dog to train, but she's definitely a sweetheart.
